Michelle is certified in Personal Training and Optimum Performance Training for Weight Management. She is also a certified TRX Group Suspension instructor as well as an active firefighter and paramedic. This mother of two has competed in several extreme long– distance races which have helped her gain more knowledge on how the body responds to prolonged activity. Michelle’s discipline, focus, and determination will be evident the first time you meet her.
Larry, a former collegiate basketball player from Howard Payne University, received his personal training certification in 2007 and then started his fitness company, Coleman Complete Fitness. He earned his Master Personal Training certification in 2010 and received certifications in Dietary Guidance and Weight Management Leadership. Larry tailors his programs to fit the needs and abilities of each individual client, from the young to the young at heart.
Caleb believes in a healthy lifestyle that promotes both longevity and functionality. He understands that anyone can achieve this lifestyle, no matter their starting point, and he's passionate about helping others incorporate sustainable habits into their daily lives. His focus is on practical, balanced strategies that improve overall well-being and empower people to live healthier, more fulfilling lives.
James has had a passion for health and fitness since he can remember. He specializes in Senior Fitness and considers it a pleasure to help someone in his community reach his or her goals. James received his personal training certificate in 2015, as well as his Senior Fitness certification. James firmly believes that a healthy life is a happy one and he would be thrilled to show you the way.
Jeff’s experience and certifications allow him to work not only on the fitness floor but alongside physicians, providing exercise prescriptions for patients as well. He also earned both his BS in Movement Science and MS in Exercise Physiology from TCU. Jeff has numerous exercise proficiencies that include strength and flexibility assessments, personalized fitness program design, sports performance training, and rehabilitative exercise. He is excited to be your guide and help you every step of the way on your fitness journey. Jeff is co-founder and managing partner of Lone Star Health & Fitness.
Hanna has been a certified personal trainer since 2014. Her passion lies in helping others strengthen their lifestyle while also achieving their health and fitness goals. She is a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and certified nutrition coach through Precision Nutrition. She is also certified in Women’s Fitness (NASM) and Pregnancy and Postpartum exercise (ACE). Hanna’s heavy focus on functional fitness and the belief in combining strength and endurance training with balance and flexibility has led to the success of her clients.
Adele is a mom of three and a career woman. Her passion is helping others fall in love with fitness and change their lives in the simplest and most realistic ways possible. She believes everyone deserves the right to good health and to be confident and happy with themselves, both inside and out, and that getting fit and healthy does not have to be difficult. Let her show you that consistency is key with her “Yes, you can!” motivation. Despite how cliché it may sound, she believes it is important to make time for your health because your health is your wealth.
Natalie is a NASM certified Personal Trainer specializing in strength and resistance training. Her dedication lies in assisting individuals in building muscle and achieving their strength objectives. Passionate about the lifelong benefits of muscle gain and functional movement, Natalie also advocates for the extensive mental health benefits of exercise. She firmly believes that there is a form of exercise suitable for everyone, viewing exercise as a therapeutic endeavor for both physical and mental well-being.
Emily is a NASM-certified personal trainer, a proud mom of two, and a former CPA who discovered her true passion in empowering others to live healthier, more vibrant lives. Drawing from her own transformative journey—navigating career changes, motherhood, and a lifelong dedication to fitness—Emily brings a strategic and compassionate approach to training. Her programs emphasize core strength, balance, and flexibility, while also promoting overall strength and heart health. With a focus on functional movement and holistic well-being, Emily helps her clients feel energized, resilient, and confident at every stage of life.
Marquette is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer with a genuine love for helping others. Joseph is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology at the University of North Texas. He specializes in strength training and muscle building, with a passion for helping individuals become the strongest version of themselves. Joseph believes that building muscle and developing strength helps prepare everyone for a healthier, more capable life. With experience in hypertrophy training and foundational powerlifting and bodybuilding principles, Joseph enjoys helping clients learn effective training while building discipline and confidence at any fitness level.
